UCLA English Professor A. R. Braunmuller joined fellow English Professor Jonathan Post for the first trip of the Shakespeare-abroad program in 1993, and has been on every trip since. Braunmuller is one of the world's top authorities on Shakespeare, the associate general editor of the New Cambridge Shakespeare, and an expert on how performances of Shakespeare's plays have evolved over the centuries.
