To help smokers quit, UC’s systemwide benefits programs offer a range of services, depending on what medical plan you have selected. Copays and program fees may apply, so consult your plan's Evidence of Coverage booklet for more information.

          Living Free: A four-week online course with MP3 support audio, tracking tools and live coach ( offered at a discount for UC employees)
