Psychiatrist recognized for faculty-staff collaboration
Dr. Michael Gitlin, clinical professor of psychiatry at the David Geffen School of Medicine and chief of the Department of Outpatient Psychiatry, received the Faculty-Staff Partnership Award from Staff Assembly on June 20. Nominated for the award by staff and faculty colleagues, Gitlin was recognized for fostering a culture of collaboration and collegiality.
