Pain is weakness leaving the body

Super squats and plenty of planks. Our very first BHIP session was very fun, even though I woke up the next morning with sore quads. What’s interesting to realize is that I never before learned how to do squats properly. I thought all you had to do lower yourself down and then come back up, spread-eagled at the knees. No! You have to stick out your butt as you go. As our coach explained, “It’s like sitting on a toilet seat.” Or “like a Britney Spears video gone wrong.”

They were once a very dark blue but have now become a faded blue-white because I wear them so often. But I love them regardless and I refuse to throw them out until they are in tattered piece. ...However, there was always one problem: that pouch. Read Samantha's complete post here.
